Reservations require a 25% deposit to guarantee your order. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for your convenience. Once put down, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. There is no cancellation allowed of any TENTS no matter the size. All final counts must be called in no later than one week before the event. The balance of all orders is due prior to delivery. A credit card will be required to be on file for all reservations. The rental rate is for time out, not time used.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup services are available at an additional fee. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but delivery and pickup times cannot be guaranteed.
Trucks should have easy access to all sites. The drivers should be allowed to get in and out of the site freely without having to move cars, etc. CELEBRATIONS PARTY & EVENT is not held responsible for any damage to lawns, trees, etc. To carry equipment extra distances results in additional labor costs.
Delivery rates are based on first floor delivery to your door or dock. Large orders are per truckload and are calculated by size and weight restrictions. Deliveries that require carrying or unloading to anywhere other than the first floor will require additional labor charges. Excessive time delays will also result in additional charges.
Upon pickup, all items must be re-packed in the same containers as delivered, tables and chairs must be folded and stacked, and in the same location as they were delivered.
In the event of unpredictable weather conditions, CELEBRATIONS PARTY & EVENT is not responsible for damage done to personal property.
Customer responsibilities for all rented items begin at the time of delivery to the time of pickup. All rented items should be secured or under a protective shelter while not in use. All items must be ready for pickup by the scheduled time. Items must be stacked or packaged in the racks they were delivered in or additional charges will be imposed. Additional labor charges will be added if our crew needs to take down tables, chairs, linens, etc. All garbage, decorations, or any items belonging to the customer must be removed from the site prior to pickup.
It is the customer's responsibility to count the order upon receipt. If anything is missing or incorrect, CELEBRATIONS PARTY & EVENT must be notified within 24 hours. If after hours, leave a message on our voicemail or please contact the emergency number that is on our voicemail for immediate attention. If CELEBRATIONS PARTY & EVENT is not notified, the customer is still responsible for the original order. The person's name listed on the contract is the person ultimately responsible for all items rented.
Missing or stolen items are not covered under the rental fee, and broken items are only covered if you retain all broken pieces and turn them in. Charges for all missing items will be charged to your credit card on file if the invoice is not paid within 30 days.
All rented catering items MUST be rinsed, food-free, and returned in their racks. CELEBRATIONS PARTY & EVENT charges $0.10 per piece if not cleaned. Linens do not need to be laundered, but returned in the bags delivered in. Customers are responsible for un-repairable burn holes, wax, damage, or any other damage to the linens.
Warranties-There is no warranty that the equipment is suited for CUSTOMER'S intented use or that it is free from imperfections.
All reservation deposits are non-refundable if cancelled at ANY time. There is no cancellation allowed for ANY SIZE TENT. Cancellation of any other items that occur within one week of the event is 100% payment due of all contracted items.
